Our team has extensive experience in collaborating and negotiating with highway & planning authorities to ensure that access strategies plus internal layout designs are acceptable and deliverable, and that any Section 106 contributions are cost effective.
With each senior member of the development control team having over 30 years’ experience in highway development management, our team can provide support at all stages of the planning process, such as representation at inception meetings, or providing evidence at planning appeals.
E&E also offers in-house engineering services to ensure a seamless progression from planning submission, through to securing planning permission and the relevant highway agreement (i.e., Section 38, Section 278 and Section 184), to the delivery of the highway works.
